Recovery class working on flexibility and mobility.
Spinning

High-calorie burn session builds cycling fitness
Functional fit
Intensity Level: Moderate to High
High-calorie burn session consisting of high intensity interval training, functional fitness, strength, power and endurance. Burn fat and build muscle.
Free Weights and Cardio
Get fit and feel empowered with our extensive range of free weights and cardio equipment! Our gym is equipped with a wide variety of free weights, including dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbells, to help you build strength and tone your muscles. Plus, our state-of-the-art cardio equipment, such as treadmills, elliptical machines, and stationary bikes, will help you get your heart rate up and burn calories.

Total body strength workout, focusing on build lean muscle mass and toning
Ice bath
This booking serves 20 minutes of sit-down time only. Sessions are strictly 30 minutes, and the next session starts on the half hour for the next person

What should I wear?
Wear workout type clothing that is comfortable to move in. Our classes can be physically challenging so be prepared to work hard.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 20 minutes before your class starts so you can get checked in, take a quick tour, and complete your liability waiver. Your instructor will ask you questions about any old injuries or conditions so we can be sure to make any necessary modifications.
Change Room Facilities
For your convenience, lockers are available in our change rooms. Please note that you’ll need to bring your own lock to secure your belongings. Don’t have a lock? You can purchase one at our convenience store.
What is the cancellation policy?
Due to the limited numbers allowed per class, please make sure to kindly cancel your class 4 hours before the starting time in order not to be charged for the session.
